・How's the schedule on the shooting day?

-9-10am Arriving at the studio

※Please tell us if you want rehearsal for photo shooting so that we'll provide it for free and make a schedule for that.

・What is the customers need to bring?

-Bride： Stocking, shoes, and nipple covers

-Groom： All the clothing needed and shoes

-Anything you need/want to take a picture with. （Example： Ring pillow, balloons, etc）

※conpany(children, family, pet) are all welcomed! （Please tell us beforehand）

・How long before the customer needs to make an appointment?

-It would be best if the customer can contact us at least before 3-4momths.

-Since weekends are popular, it might be difficult to make an appointment on weekends.

・Is it possible to do a photo shooting if the bride is pregnant?

Yes, it's possible. But depending on the size of the belly, Dresses are limited.

We also can suggest Maternity photo plan. （It's okay to bring your own outfits too!）

・How long the photo shooting would be?

-At the studio, around 3hours from arriving,

-if you do location shooting, around 5hours from arriving.

・Is it possible to take a photo with my friends and family?

Yes, of course. We all welcome people who are important to you.

(Please let us know how many people are coming beforehand)

・Is it possible to take a photo with my pets?

Yes, of course. We think your pet is also a member of your family so we are all happy to welcome them too!

But, Please prepare any of the pet supplies you need by yourself.

・What happens if it's raining on the day of the shooting outside.

Please decide either you change the plan to do photo shooting only at the studio or reschedule the date.

（We don't charge any extra money for changing the plan or the date because of weather. ）

・Is it already been decided the location we do the photo shooting?

We can suggest some of the nice places that we usually go to but if the places allow doing photo shooting, we can go to any place where the customers want.

(Depending on how far it is, we might need to charge extra transport costs.)

・When customer will pay?

Please bring it on the day of your appointment.

We will ask for the payment after all the service is finished.

・Do you have any other payment methods?

We accept only cash. Sorry for the inconvenience.

・I want to do both photos shooting with a dress and kimono.

Yes, the Customer can do　both on the same day, We have Dresses and Kimonos for rent at our studio. So please ask us for more information.

・Do you do makeup?

Full makeup service is not included in any of the basic plans. So If you need full makeup, please select "Full makeup" from the options section. It would be ¥8,000 extra.

・What should I do in the morning of the day of the appointment? （Bride）

Please come with no hair styling.

If you asked for full makeup service, please come with no makeup too.

・How many dresses do you have?

The customers can choose a Dress from more than 40 dresses.

・What is the size of the dresses would be like?

We have Small, Medium, and Freesize.

If you have any concerns about the dress size, Please contact us for more information.

・Is it okay to bring my own dress or outfit?

Yes, you can.

Not only the outfit, but you can also bring any of the goods and items for your memory.
